SOLONIC Germany was founded in 2008 and has positioned itself as an engineering, planning and assembly company for solar power systems.

Thanks to the further personal and professional development of staff into certified experts the company is quickly gaining an excellent reputation, even beyond regional borders. The service sector is increasingly developing into one of the company's key divisions thanks to maintenance agreements and expert opinions.

In 2011, company management decided to expand the product range with the planning and marketing of thermal power plants.

Thanks to engineers and master craftsmen especially acquired for this, SOLONIC has been able to convince customers about the synergies between solar power and thermal power units in a very short time and acquire an outstanding reputation among existing and new customers.

Due to political developments within Germany, SOLONIC GmbH decided to expand abroad in 2011, having already planned, built and successfully commissioned several solar power systems abroad in Europe.

After extensive market research, SOLONIC decides to focus on the African market and launches a branch in Nigeria at the end of 2012.

Initial thoughts about positioning solar power stations there took a back seat as feeding into the network in parallel, as is usual in Germany, is not readily possible here.
